January 2023 Newsletter
Fishing:
Current fish limits shall be posted at the front and back gates with any site specific limits posted at the site. Ground Rules have been revised to include the above statement. If you would like a new copy of rules please notify Amber Truitt.
Hunting:
For safety reasons, please sign in and out when you actually start and finish hunting. Don’t sign in the night before if you plan to hunt in the morning. And, don’t sign out before you are actually done hunting.
Tree stands must be removed by March 1, 2023.
During hunting seasons, please check the sign-in shed so you are aware of the location of hunters on the club to assure that you don’t disturb their hunt.
Please do not dispose of animal parts in dumpsters. Discussion has been opened on limiting the number of tree stands to 5 per member. Any feedback would be appreciated. Please contact a board member above or send a message through our Facebook page.
Guests:
Only people residing in the member’s home are allowed to possess a key. If you have children living at home, they have full membership rights. But, keep in mind that all hunting and fishing limits pertain to the membership, not per person. Only one limit is allowed per membership, not per member of the household.
Loaning your key will result in a $400 fine and loss of your membership. Each member in good standing shall have the privilege of inviting guests to the club. Any non-member who is a guest shall only be a guest a total of three times each year, regardless of the member they accompany. Know where your kids are, their behavior could jeopardize your membership!
Winter work days:
Winter work days noted on the calendar include wood cutting and splitting, hauling firewood, and clearing and piling brush. Bring a chainsaw with you to the work days if you have one.
Hog Roast Raffle Tickets:
